reopening commissions 6/3/19

Well I can make the announcement. I'm finally reopening commissions again.

It'll be this Monday 6/3. 12:00pm (pst) It'll be first come first serve again due to the sheer volume of people asking.

The good news at least is that I will be opening more slots than usual.(I'll give the exact amount when I send another reminder again)

Thanks again for everyone who's been waiting so patiently.
